Prepare & Publish your Cookbook
Hooray, you’re almost done! The final step is to publish your cookbook. From the menu at the top of the page, click the ‘Prepare for Publishing’ link. Don’t worry, you can always come back to edit your book.
The system will then do some preliminary analysis on your book to identify potential problems. Typical problems include:
- Pictures that aren’t high enough quality for print
- Not enough, or too many pages for the binding style
- Pictures required by your book that have been removed
- Recipes that overflow the page boundaries
Picture problems are merely warnings (you can still publish your book), whereas certain page number restrictions must be resolved to complete your order.
We strongly advise you to correct all picture problems before placing your order. Failing to do so may result in a printed book that is not as high quality as you might wish.
CreateMyCookbook wants you to enjoy your cookbook. Make sure you are using the best images you have availible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for books that are a result of typos, poor image quality etc.
Selecting a Book Style
You will need to choose the book binding styles for which you want your book available.
Just click "Prepare for Publishing" and review any warnings and notes, then select one or more binding styles.

Hardback Case Binding
This is just like a hard back book you might find at the bookstore. This binding option is great for keepsakes and gifts. It features a fully customizable hard case wrapped cover (not a dust jacket). This is everything you would expect from a professional grade cookbook.

After you have created the print-ready file, you may review it for errors before placing your order. You can download an electronic PDF of the cookbook. Once you are satisfied with the book, you can checkout. Note that you can order as many copies of your cookbook as you want, whenever you want – ordering a book does not make it unavailable for future orders.
