Look at the photo of the recipe card. Two photos appear where there is a front and back to the card.
Write down the recipe name.
Write down the recipe ingredients.
Put one ingredient on one line (even if there are multiple ingredients on the line in the image)
Write down the steps in the directions (one per line)
Put one step per line (even if there are multiple steps on the line in the image). Most recipes should have about 4 to 10 steps. Don't add numbers at the beginning of the step. Combine short steps that are all part of the same action, like ingredients being added to a pot and stirred. If the recipe already has numbered steps, just put each step (without the number) on its own line.
Write down any notes on the card in the notes section
Capitalization matters. Do not type in all caps.
