The River Recipes Cookbook

The River Recipes Cookbook is a collection of recipes from the families and teachers of PS 281 The River School in Manhattan. Celebrating the diversity of our community, the cookbook includes favorite dishes from the many different countries, cultures, and traditions represented at the River School. Funds raised from the sale of the River Recipes Cookbook go directly to supporting our students and teachers.
