About This Book
This cookbook contains over 100 'go-to' recipes that our family loves. Most of the recipes are either gluten free or have options on how to adjust them to be gluten free. It is a treasure trove of goodies from slow roast pulled pork to the most luscious lemon drizzle cake (gluten free of course!).

About The Author
Meredith Adam. Meredith is American and has lived in Scotland in the UK since the mid 1990s. She is married to Rob, who is Scottish, and they live in a small coastal village the northwest highlands of Scotland with their two teenage sons. When not cooking up a storm in the kitchen, Meredith runs a small nautically-themed gift shop and enjoys walking on the beach, paddling in the sea and reading.
