About The Author
AnneMarie Pinelli KretschmarFirst generation Italian American. My family immigrated from Roccomendolfi in the early and mid part of the 20th century. They were sheep herders in the village of Roccomendolfi. I learned how to cook the authentic Italian way from my grandmother Christina Muccilli Pinelli.
