About This Book
The Fit Recipe Guide is a cookbook containing all Gluten Free and Dairy Free meals. This has been created by the founder of Berman Health and Wellness, Jenni Berman. Jenni is a Physician's Assistant (PA) specializing in nutrition, exercise, and wellness. Due to her own personal allergies, she has created this cookbook to help others who have a gluten and dairy allergy.
The recipes in the Fit Recipe Guide are healthy, quick, and efficient meals. Many of us are WAY too busy to spend hours in the kitchen preparing and cooking our meals, so this cookbook has been designed to help you spend LESS time in the kitchen and still make a healthy, allergen friendly meal! Jenni Berman is a Physician's Assistant, Certified Nutrition Specialist, and Certified Personal Trainer. She has a background in functional medicine and strives to help all individuals establish a healthier lifestyle. Due to her own personal food allergies, she has a great understanding of gut health and how this can affect individuals systemically. She has developed the Fit Recipe Guide to help ALL individuals to cook healthy, allergen friendly, but QUICK meals.
