About This Book

Beethoven’s #9 was a German Restaurant owned by Jeanie Clerico and Chef Linzi Weilert. The restaurant was located in Paola KS. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we decided to close the restaurant in 2020. After receiving requests for the recipes of our dishes, I put together this cookbook. We truly miss all of our guest, friends and employees that were part of our Beethoven’s #9 family. Enjoy!
