About The Author
Margaret C. HopkinsI reside in Darlington, SC. I have been married to my husband David for 46 years. Together we have a daughter Melissa and a son Bryan. We have 4 grandsons, 4 great-grandsons. I decided to make this cookbook in memory of my Mom whom passed away on March 30, 2020 due to Covid-19. It was the worst year I have ever been through and creating this cookbook helped me a lot during the six months after her death. A lot of the recipes ar my Mom's, my Grandmom's and my Aunt, and they are all gone on to their Heavenly home. I hope you enjoy making some of these recipes as much as they did.
