About This Book

During the 2020 quarantine, Isaiah started collecting family recipes and working on his little garden. As a homeschool elective, he decided to create a cookbook to record all his passed down family recipes and to share his favorite Indian & Dominican meals with other teens.

Isaiah M. Paul is a teenager living in Texas. He enjoys studying history and writing essays. He loves playing soccer for the FC Dallas Youth Club and playing kicker for the HSAA Football Team. And, he enjoys playing the French horn for the North Texas Homeschool Fine Arts. He is a native New Yorker born in LES, NYC; he lived in Bushwick, Brooklyn and Kew Gardens, Queens.
