One of the goals Medline's APA Employee Resource Group set out to achieve was to increase awareness around the diversity within Asia and the Pacific Islands...no better way to do that than through our kitchens. This book contains recipes that span across Asia and the Pacific Islands and the contributors were Medline employees from across the organization including some from Medline India.
