About This Book
This cookbook was written to provide healthy alternatives to traditional recipes based on recommendations from functional and environmental medical doctors and other health programs that address food allergen avoidance and elimination. In addition, the book contributes to environmental sustainability through the increase of plant food source alternatives. Compiled during the COVID-19 pandemic, it also addresses some of the issues related to food and supply availability based on personal experiences.

About The Author
Melanee M. HandThe author resides in beautiful northern New Mexico and lives an active and healthy life through her practice of healthy eating habits that avoid common allergens and other food that contributes to health issues. She developed and modified her favorite recipes, using the skills her mother taught her, who is a retired Home Economist that once worked for the Department of Agriculture Expanded Food and Nutrition Program Extension Service in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
