About This Book
In this book there are recipes that span many kinds of diets. There’s Vegan options for most of the recipes, as well as some Vegetarian, Keto, and Pescatarian options. It has a Japanese inspired twist, with some original recipes, and some more basic commonly found recipes that are just my favorite versions of dishes.
I have personalized this cookbook with photos and short stories for certain recipes. I appreciate you taking your time to read this, and I hope you enjoy the book.
This version is printed with a nice gloss finish on high quality paper. If you are looking for best quality this version of the book is what you want.
If you are looking for the best ebook version, this book contains more captions on pictures. This would be the best ebook version.

About The Author
Amber Rose: I am a 37 year old mother that lives in Michigan. I love the outdoors and cooking. It’s hard to eat healthy with all the types of food that are out on the market. All of the fads and diets make it even more confusing. Every day I try to make healthy food for my family. Sometimes it is hard to find fun healthy foods, but it doesn’t have to be that way. I put a lot of thought and love into each one of my dishes that I have made for my family, but now I want to share them with you. This book is a book of some of the recipes that my family enjoy. I share stories of each recipe and how it came to be. I am emotionally invested in food because I have memories attached to each thing that I make.
I believe you should always enjoy what you eat, while trying to eat as healthy as possible every day. Incorporating vegetables in every meal is hard if you don’t have the time or energy to do so. With this book it will help make it a little easier to get more vegetables in your diet, without breaking the bank or taking up more of your time than you have to spare. Let’s face it, everyone is so busy in this day and age and humans are creatures of habit. Trying new things can be hard for some, but you are worth the little extra effort it takes to try something new!
There are pictures of each dish and every recipe can have a substitution if you need. All the proteins can be swapped from fish to chicken or tofu, or vice versa. All dairy products can be omitted or substituted for vegan/lactose free, and any carbs can be switched to a keto friendly, low or no carb meal. There is a little something for everyone in here, you just have to take the first step of turning the page.
