About This Book
This is a small collection of Chef Morehead's tastes when he thinks about fine dining and his hometown of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Fayetteville is a mixture of many cultures because of Fort Bragg, the home of U.S. Army Special Operations. This book is an expression and dedication to the true friends back home in Fayetteville.

About The Author
Chef MoreheadChef Morehead is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina as well as a combat veteran of the U.S. Army. Morehead's love of cooking began at a young age with his first dish, a grilled cheese. The grilled cheese almost burned the house down. Little did he know it would set off of a firestorm of different dishes as he grew older. A combination of life experiences and a relocation to Atlanta, Georgia have helped Chef Morehead in a variety of ways. Namely, Chef enrolled in culinary arts school which has developed more of his skills and solidified his foundation en route to expanding his business.
