This cookbook has been a work in progress for many years. When I decided to change my food selections to vegan it was not an option but the beginning of a new lifestyle with food. I had been suffering with many health challenges over the years and change was necessary. Allow me to introduce you to a new way of eating some of your already favorite desserts and foods without feeling guilty. Enjoy and explore my rendition of “A Labor of Love in Every Bite”.

Tabitha Tyson "Lady T" is a visionary entrepreneur who has been successful in running an IT company, property management, janitorial franchise, and other business ventures throughout her 40+ career years. Tabitha is a native Washingtonian and is now in the process of pursuing what she loves is baking, cooking, and preparing delicious desserts in a healthy environment and lifestyle. Tabitha attributes this to her grandmother “Val Jean Tyson” while observing her many kitchen preparation days that were natural and traditional and inspired her to transition those dishes into vegan options.
