8 oz. low sugar strawberry preserves
2 T of balsamic vinegar
1/2 C shredded fresh basil
5 oz. sliced prosciutto
11 oz. goat cheese


  1. Reserve some basil for garnish.
  2. On a piece of parchment paper layer overlapping pieces of prosciutto.
  3. On top of the prosciutto spread the goat cheese.
  4. Top the goat cheese with the strawberry preserve mixture.
  5. Roll up jelly roll fashion.
  6. Refrigerator for 1 hour before slicing.
